CPI is a mission driven company partnering with universities and corporations to support 
first-generation, low-income (FGLI) college students.

The challenge

FGLI college students, representing approximately  54% of all
54% of all undergraduates,1 undergraduates1 face significant obstacles throughout their career journeys.

Only 1 in 3 of all college students both graduate within 6 years AND have a job 6 months after graduation.2, 3

Only 44% of FGLI graduates4 have a job that requires a bachelor’s degree one year post-grad.

Our solution

Developing FGLI Talent

We aim to equip college students with the critical skills needed to secure and persist in careers that lead to upward socioeconomic mobility.

Our model
